Here's the Dish for What's Been Cooking at the Aveson Cafe.

Thanks to the generous donation from PUSD who donated 50% of the cost, we now have a 6 burner Vulcan stove. Let's Cook!

Mr. B put his culinary talents to work when he cooked the first meal in the Aveson kitchen for the staff on September 28, staff inservice day. The staff experienced a little bit of Italy with a delicious lunch of lasagne, garlic bread and salad. Bon Appetito!

Three cheers for the students who have been helping out at the Aveson Cafe during lunch periods. They are doing a super job.

Big News!!! We are starting culinary classes today, October 22. More exciting details and stories to follow on the students first taste of cooking with our own Chef Mr. B.

Tuesday, October 23rd a meeting is planned to discuss the details on the kitchen fundraiser for our soon to be complete and fabulous scratch kitchen. We are counting the days when our Aveson Cafe scratch kitchen will be up and running. We can't wait.
